Hi, my name is Susan and I’m a nutritionist. I believe that health promotion is the process that allows people to increase control over, and improve, their health. It moves beyond a focus on individual behavior towards a wide range of social and environmental interventions. This is why I started this blog to give tips and advice to all of you on how to improve your health.
During my spare time, I enjoy gardening and cooking with my family and friends. Being a nutritionist doesn’t mean that I have to eat healthy all the time, I often have ‘cheating’ days when I eat meat and oily foods. I love having barbeque afternoon with my friends and family. We often cook meat, paprika, veggies and pasta. I also enjoy Pilates and yoga a lot as it has many health benefits for my body. After cheating days, I usually do yoga in my garden or in the nearest gym from my house.
